Shipping is free with all orders in the USA. We ship UPS to street addresses
only. Your package will be shipped UPS Ground and will usually arrive
within 5 business days depending on location. Other shipping options
are available at your expense. They are as follows,

All rings are shipped in jewelry boxes suitable for gift giving.
We guarantee when you order from ARingThing.com that your ring is made
to the highest quality possible in jewelry design, materials, and production
processes.
Upon receiving your ring from ARingThing.com if you are not completely
satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund
or exchange. To qualify for a return or exchange the following guidelines
must be adhered to.
- The ring must be returned to us within 14 days after you receive
it. It will need to be returned with all original shipping documents,
packaging, and paperwork. - The ring may not show signs of wear. It must be undamaged and in
salable condition. Any ring that shows signs of wear or damage will
not qualify for an exchange or return. - It may not have been altered in any way. Some examples would be
sizing or engraving. - You will need to contact us by email or phone to receive a return
authorization number. The return authorization number needs to be
written on the outside of the returning package. Packages returning
without this number will not be accepted. - Merchandise can be returned via UPS, or USPS. Packages must be
insured for the value of the ring. Please keep your receipt. We are
not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost. - There is no restocking fee except on custom orders were a 25% restocking
fee will be applied before a refund or exchange is given. - Once the ring is received and checked for its condition a refund
will be issued to the credit card it was charged to. Original shipping
charges will be deducted for the return credit. Credit will be made
within 10 days of receipt and verification of merchandise.
We are concerned about online privacy and security. We put in place
privacy guarantees that will give you a secure feeling when ordering
from ARingThing.com. Any ordering information we receive is entered into
a secure server and no customer information is stored on our web site.
We never share, rent, or sell any of our clients’ personal or financial

Rings are priced for women in sizes 6-7 and men in sizes 10-11. Larger
sizes may add a slight additional cost.
Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover or Paypal. All payments will be processed via our
Paypal account to ensure the highest levels of security. This
also means that we do not collect your credit card number on our
server. You
do NOT need to become a Paypal member to use the Paypal secure payment
system. Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to a California
address. Any sales tax will be shown during the check out process.
Generally, rings are hand made in our studio to your exact size
when an order is placed. Most rings will ship from our studio in
5-10 business days. Rings that are made of platinum, have a platinum
component, or have extensive hand diamond setting may require a slightly
longer period. This could be from 3-5 weeks. We hope this will not
cause you any inconvenience. We
will send you an email with the estimated shipping date of your order
after we receive your payment.
