Security Measures for Your Shipment

To help protect your ring shipment, we:

  • Insure and register all items for their complete value and supply you with a tracking number via email.
  • Require a signature upon delivery.
  • Will actively get involved with the shipper on your behalf if any delivery/shipping problem arises.

Return Policy

If, upon receiving your ring from ARingThing.com, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following guidelines must be strictly adhered to:

  1. The ring must be returned to us within 14 days after you receive it.
  2. It must be returned with all original shipping documents, packaging, and paperwork.
  3. The ring may not show signs of wear. It must be undamaged and in salable condition. Any ring showing signs of wear or damage will not qualify.
  4. It may not have been altered in any way (e.g., sizing or engraving).
  5. You must contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN must be written on the outside of the returning package. Packages returning without this number will not be accepted.

Return Process & Fees

  • Merchandise can be returned via UPS or USPS. Packages must be insured for the value of the ring. Please keep your receipt, as we are not responsible for lost returned merchandise.
  • There is no restocking fee except on custom orders, where a 25% restocking fee will be applied before a refund or exchange is given.
  • Once the ring is received and checked for its condition, a refund will be issued to the credit card it was charged to.
  • All shipping charges related to the original order will be deducted from the return credit. Credit will be made within 10 days of receipt and verification of merchandise.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

  • Rings are initially priced for women’s sizes 6-7 and men’s sizes 10-11.
  • Larger sizes may incur a slight additional cost.
  • Prices are subject to change based upon current metal market conditions.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

  • All payments will be processed via our PayPal account to ensure the highest levels of security.
  • This also means we do not collect your credit card number on our server.
  • You do NOT need to become a PayPal member to use the PayPal secure payment system.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to a California address. Any sales tax will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

Generally, rings are hand-made in our studio to your exact size when an order is placed.

  • Most rings will ship from our studio in 5-10 business days.
  • Rings made of platinum, having a platinum component, or requiring extensive hand diamond setting may require a slightly longer period, potentially 3-5 weeks.
  • We will send you an email with the estimated shipping date of your order after we receive your payment.
